I want to cancel my financed car in Washington State?

I want to cancel my finance contract with a dealer in Washington State and get my 1000 dollar down payment and trade in car back. The finance process has not been done yet although it has been about 2 weeks. The reason is because I cannot provide proof of income verification. But the dealer "not me" is trying to put me as self-employed (I dont work) by using bank statements...but the thing is I dont bank with the bank there using bank statements from which is US BANK. They said for me that I dont have to worry about anything. Is this illegal what there doing? Using fake bank statements in order for them to get the money from the finance company? Also...All my address's are wrong on all the paper work is that a loop hole also? I have signed over my title of my volvo to them though too. But anyways nothings really been approved.
