I really want to get in shape and tone up.
Im avreage atm, bit chubby but im really trying
how much cardio should i do per week? what cardio? how long per session?
i heard i shud be eatin 5 small measl a day, how small is small?
im lifting wieghts, anythign else at all i can do ? thanks very much
anything that can help is appreicated
