I want to download tv shows with bit torrents but I don't know how?

I found a site that has the tv show I want with bit-torrent downloading, but I don't know how to do any of it. Can anyone help me? I'm computer illiterate, so if you could put it in layman's terms, I would be eternally grateful.
 
If you're talking about regular cable tv shows, they are all online to watch at abc.com, nbc.com, and cbs.com.
But if not then you just find the torrent on any website, download it to your desktop(easiest for me) and drag it into the torrent program, I use azureus (azureus.com for the download, its free). Very easy to use. you can email me if you have any more questions.
