I want to get fit and feel great :) , any daily workout routines and meal plans?

I'm 5'8 and almost 200 pounds,
people can't tell i weight that much because of my body proportions, but i still know that's how much i weight and i want to change it and tone up. i love having fun and will try any routine.
i have no deadline but i want to start immediately!
and ideas?
