...but my dvd/cd player wont work, any? i have a hp laptop with a toshiba lightscribe compact disc rewriteable but it wont work so now i have no anti virus programme on as i want to install the disc but as you can see i cant.please help
 
Buy an external DVD R/W with USB connection and just plug it into a spare USB port on the lap top. If you don't have a spare port buy a USB 4 port hub (externally powered) as well.
