I want to know if you change the engine in a Renault Megane or Laguna with a Nissan

B-15 Engine? If if change the engine and transmission of a Renault Megane or Laguna with that of Nissan B-15 engine and transmission would the electrical devices eg. the airbags , a/c , power features would work properly and would i get the same engine problems still???

I'd say that the mechanical power is somewhat independent of the electrical / electronics, as long as you have power to charge the battery, the sensors and the electronic devices, and lights will work. Now, same engine problems? no, you will heritage the Megane / Laguna's problems, which I believe are non existant.
