I want to know the best remedy for Keratosis Pilaris available in India.?

I have done several searches but all treatments and creams used to treat keratosis pilaris are available in US. Can anyone suggest something which has cured KP and is available easily in India. KP looks really ugly and I am kind of frustrated with it.
