I want to know the name of an animated movie about christmas?

the movie story is about santa's factory in which a good bear and a bad bear work ...and the bad bear takes the place of the good one....and he puts the good one in jail and tries to mess up christmas...i used to watch it when i was a kid and now i cant find it online because i cant remember the name of the movie..please help
