I want to learn to make apps for android and iphones.?

I live in Dallas TX and need to know where I can learn to make apps and what else I need to learn.
I heard Collin County was a good place but they do not have android SDKs.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
I would like to know where there might be a tech school that will provide me the skill such as C and java in Dallas area.

Stanford University has an awesome iPhone course available on iTunes. I started there.
