recommend for a newbie? I would actually like to become proficient at yoga, and two of my main goals are flexibility (if I could do the splits again eventually, that would be awesome) and better posture. Enlightenment and strength are also important to me, though.
Right now, I walk for 90 minutes a day and swim laps every morning. I'm 28, so not that old but not a spring chicken either.
