I want to loose weight but i have no time for lunch?

I have been trying to loose weight for a long time now and i have spoken to friends and they said i should eat small meals frequently..but i NEVER have time for lunch. I'm far too busy. I exercise for half an hour every day and i eat toast for breakfast and pasta for my dinner and i eat fruit for snacks. What should i include in my diet ? Is it possible to loose weight by not eating lunch ?
