i want to lose 4kg and hopefully gain abs, is my fitness plan OK?

Every day I've started doing:
40 crunches
1 minute plank hold (intermittently because I'm not very good at it yet)
20 cross crunches
20 lower leg lifts
15 minute consistent, moderate jog

I weigh 58kg and am 166cm. How long do you think it will take for losing the 4kg and gaining the abs. I know muscle weighs more than fat.
