record. Is it a problem? I have had a hard life in the US. Struggled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and wound up locked up in county jails and psych wards for quite a bit of time.

I have worked hard at rehab and am doing much better. I am a Jew and am very excited about the possibility of moving to Israel. But will my past create problems?
 
Come to Canada, we will even give you free medical, food, and a nice place in the city.
