2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon black tea leaves or 2 tea bag
3 piece star anise
1 small stick cinnamon or cassia bark
1 teaspoon cracked peppercorns (optional)
I am currently living in Hong Kong and I don't know where to buy star anise. So today I bought Five spice powder today. Five spice powder already has star anise, so how many tea spoons of Five spice powder do i need ?
