When I try to pause the screen and then take the screenshot, it is hazy. This is a video of an adventure sport and it is really fast moving. How do I do this? I also tried taking a direct screenshot but it is still hazy. I wish to have a good quality image. I have Windows 7. Please tell me any freeware or Windows 7 ways to do this. I googled they say I have to change monitor settings etc I do not know how to do this on Windows 7; if this can’t be done please recommend freeware.
