...are the required driver files? I want to use the Internet Sharing feature of my sony ericsson XPERIA on many computers, so i can have internet access from any laptop (running windows xp operating system)
I found out that sony ericsson installer installs 3 INF files
One is for ActiveSync features
Two are for RNDIS features (including Internet Sharing feature)
So I copied these 3 files to the XPERIA memory stick
So when i need internet connection on a pc with windows xp operating system, i simply just enable the memory stick storage, copied the INF files to the pc, then enabling the network support and reattaching the network connection between windows mobile (on XPERIA) and windows xp (on the pc)
But when i do, although my XPERIA is detected correctly by windows xp (with the help of the INF files i copied) but no network connection is established
The windows xp simply reports, the device cannot start
Although, when checked, the driver files are all found in the property page of hardware manager of windows xp
The question is:
What are the missing/required driver files?
