I am 17 years old turning 18 in 1 more month and i pay 1850 for insurance for my moms ford explorer but i am looking for a first car, at first i was looking around for a 2000-2005 VW jetta but i found this BMW 328i 2000 for $7999 but i'm planning to offer around 7 grand for it. it has 100,292 miles which i know is a lot but i hear that this are reliable cars. It's manual and is also leather inside. It looks brand new inside from what i've seen through pictures which i know isn't too accurate but i am planning to check it out in a couple days. Theres a couple scratches on the back bumper but it's fixable ( my uncle cleans and details/buffs out cars so it's not a major issue ). Can any1 give me feedback whether i should buy this as my first car and if the insurance will cost a crazy amount in their opinion? ( i have a job so hopefully it wont be much of a problem ).
