A PAY AS YOU GO CELLPHONE OUT THERE? which would allow you to connect to your computer and use the ringtone you made and stored in your computer
 
yes there are, 1. the blackberry curve for boost mobile which has the usb port, and 2. the blackberry 8530 for virgin mobile which is also an excelent phone. and for ringtones download audacity 1.3 beta works perfectly with the bberry for virgin mobile.
