I was diagnosed that I have a unhealthy foetus and I would have to terminate

my pregnancy as the foetus has? has undevloped skull.what do i do and would anyone help me as why did it happen. Im already a mother of 3and a1/2 years old healthy baby. i was told that I had to go for termination of pregnancy.with no other choice left I guess that is the best way out for me and for the child.but the doctor said that it is a 48 hrs process. what are they going to do.Is it not the normal abortion kind of thing that they would be doing. i am 16 weeks pregnant now. I am supposed to be admitted on Monday.please help me. I would also like to inform that the link that Dharmanath F had sent was quite informative.

I am so sorry at the findings of the baby. Nature rules the world, and things happen for no apparant reason.The odds are very high in issues with fetuses. I hope you can find some comfort wiht the child that you do have now, God Bless you through these hard and very sad times.
