some one please explain how it works
I eat maybe 1600 calories a day, MAYBE, i count out till 1500 then if I am just kind of hanging around I get out a spoon and get a little bit of protein powder, not a servings worth even.
I run every other day, so If i do loose a ton of weight, how will I gain a belly from working out and dieting?
