plateau. I need nutrition advice.? I'm ht. 5'7 250 lbs 38 %percent fat index I have been making good progress, I have reached my plateau and I won't lie I been slipping. I have no health insurance so seeing a real nutritionist is out of the question. I work out 5 days a weeks and i have cut out all processed foods. What i need is a couple of example of 1500 calorie meals that will keep me full through out the day without feeling any cravings or hunger.
