...what are they? I think i want one but I need to know what they are called. It has a moving head. You turn a tube that has a wire in it. They sit on your shoulder and in your shirt. The are like pets but not really alive. Please if you know tell me. they are not tattoos. There kinda like stuffed toys but not.
