I won a contest to have dinner with a celebrity.... what should I expect?

I won a contest to have an 'intimate' dinner with an R&B star and a guest I invite. How does that work... what am I supposed to expect? Press and groupies while I'm trying to eat? Body guards being obnoxious? Have you ever won a contest to meet a celeb?
