I just really want to find her the best home that I possibly can and you guys convinced me that the surest way to do this is with a lease. I'd be willing to be very reasonable about this with the right people but I don't know the first thing about it. I mean nothing. I've never known anyone who did it. Where do I start? Where can I find info on it? What if I feel I've made a mistake, how do I get her out of there? She's a beautiful horse. Smart and happy and I want her to stay that way. Any experiences out there with this kind of thing. Your help as always is so appreciated. Thank you. Also I want you to know the reason for this lease is because I would like to find her a permanent home and would like to see it work out before I make it final.
