iChat video not working! Program quit unexpectedly!

Not until today did my iChat stop letting me video chat with people. Every time either i or the other person clicks to video chat, it kicks me offline! An error message appears saying "iChat quit unexpectedly..." and i reported it twice, but...i'm not sure what to do. My webcam is built into my mac, I have iSight and it works fine in iPhoto and iMovie still. Can you either let me know of another messenger that has video chat, or help me fix my iChat?
Preferably something that allows me to talk to people on other IM services...

Try creating a new admin user, and see if the issue repeats when you log in as the new user.

If iChat still does not launch, then the issue is system wide. If iChat launches, the culprit is somewhere in your home folder.

If the issue is system wide, you may need to re-install ichat, or archive install preserving users & network settings.

For an issue in your home folder it could be a plist or a cache file/folder somewhere in ~/Home.
