Ideas for my character's appearance?

y'know like hair color, hair style, eye color, etc a lot of details would be nice..
and i want a natural/realistic look, not crazy hair colors

like what would go with her personality...it might be for a story/anime. it's NOT finished, so it might be crappy

i won't put much details, the rest will be shown in whatever im making[story/anime/etc]

age: something like 12/13/14
story/etc genre: horror/mystery/drama or sci-fi?

personality--extremely quiet, almost mute, says almost absolutely nothing[unless it was really important] has very bad social skills, lost in her own world, detached from life and people, spaces out, talks in her head or to herself, almost has a mental disorder, kind of like she was "raised by wolves"[not literally], considered weird or ignored by other people, kind of likes strange stuff, doesn't show her emotions/thoughts/opinions much

reasons could be: tragic past/just messed up in the head/ not even human? i dunno yet lol

The first thing I thought of for hair was long, straight, black with purple streaks, bangs that go across the forehead (not the side-part ones). If you want natural, I guess you could leave the streaks out.

Eyes, I thought purple at first, but again, you want natural, so then brown would probably be the best bet, maybe hazel.
