If a contact complains to you because you're not answering many of their Q's...?

Do you make an effort to answer their questions more often or do you just stop answering them period?

I'm a patient guy but I'm also a person who doesn't take BS from people. So if someone is complaining to me for something little like that, I just ignore their questions. I have the freedom to answer whatever I want, whenever I want. When a contact complains to me about the lack of answers I provide them, I feel like I'm being pushed to answer more.
 
one chick told me she was removing me as a contact, cause i didn't answer enough of her
questions, hell the week before she gave me best answer

she must be a control freak
