a mark on the focus? Me and my partner are having trouble from a girl in our street, some 1 elses car, a citroen c2 is badly scratched on the back bumper, its like a huge circled scratch, with scratches in the middle of the circle.

My car doesn't have a mark on it, but the girl we are having trouble with has made a statement to the police saying we done it, I spoke to the owner of the car and explained how mine doesn't have a mark on it and they said because I have a big car, there wouldn't be.

I know I never and my partner is swearing blind he never, wouldn't there be a scratch on ours if we done it?
 
There would be a mark on both cars if any collision happened, the police know this and will advise you what to do but DO make a point of telling them that your having personal problems with your neighbour
