if a girl is too busy for a relationship, should i move on?

we are in college however she has to take care of her sick mom and is the oldest so has to take care of her younger siblings. shes also worried about studying for her dat's and college classes as well. ive liked her for over a year but she seems to be too preoccupied. should i move on or wait until things get better for her. i really so like her and feel like she likes me back.
she did have a boyfriend last semester but they ended things because he wasnt understanding of her situation so they became just friends. and now barely talk to one another.
 
Well, if you help her with taking care of her sick mom and younger siblings or whatever, then maybe she will have more time for you?
 
tell to her about your feeling and give her time to recover from this situation after that i mean collage you will marry with her
