horizontally what would? If an object is traveling vertically and encounters an electric field that was going horizontally what would happen. Would the object follow the electric field or continue vertically. Or would it slowly begin to adjust to the field and gradually start to follow the electric field.
the object is positively charged and thats all the information that is given

Depents on the object...if its an electron..ya it's going to move..but if you have like...a ping pong ball..nothing is going to happen.
