As a father I say many things to my sons which can make their life successful
and relaxed. As a Muslim I see Islam covering each and every aspect of life
from rising to bed to returning to it, even with instructions which foot to set in
and which foot to set out. How to take a bath, how to eat and how to sleep.
It instructs how to earn and how to spend money. So I am fully immersed
with instructions.

Why Christianity is devoid of any set of rules and everybody lives as his
whims dictate?
Christian Sundae,

Obey what? There are no rules to obey!
Pink,

Are you implying that a killer and the killed will end up in heaven if
they believed in Christ? Are no rules possible? Is the entire humanity insane?
Omegon,

Is Intelligence without morality can lead mankind to a better life?
Chris W,

We are not completely lost, if we sin. We can always repent and be
forgiven by our God Allah,if we promise not to repeat the sin. Alas Christian
God is not forgiving and likes to burn people in hell for their sins!

In the Old Testament, one would have to live by a strict code of rules that was almost impossible to keep. When Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins, He abolished that impossible law because all that really matters now is that we are now saved from the penalty of our sins. He is the only way to Heaven! Please think about it! Jesus died
To save us from our sins, does it really matter how we go to bed or how we should cleanse our hands or any other details of the law? God gave us everything we need to know to be successful in life, to accomplish our purpose, to bring more people to Him!

Love in Christ
Someone who wants you to find the love of Jesus

Just accept Jesus into your heart and admit that you believe that He died on the cross to pay for your sins

You have to be privy to the "secret teachings of Jesus" not given to the masses of His sheep.

You are mistaken. Christians do not live without dictates. We merely recognize that the fundamental dictate is to do to others the way we would want it done to us. There is also the dictate, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and your neighbor as yourself." I do not think of them as dictates. Nor do I believe that it is necessary to pray at five predetermined times during the day. Sometimes it is necessary to pray 10 times. In the Bible we are told to pray without ceasing.

Peace to you always-
Christianity is not devoid we have the laws of God written upon our hearts when we accept Jesus as our lord and Savior. In islam you have your laws and rules and if you break them you are in sin and therefore hopelessly lost. In Christianity we have forgiveness in Christ not that we would willfully sin but that in the event that we did God can forgive us. You have no hope.

Life here on earth is not about being successful for even the devil has great success 911 is an example of that. Life here on earth is about knowing God, having fellowship with god and doing His will. You can eat the right food, have the best job and be a very wealthy man and still die in your sin and go to hell for all eternity. I would be glad to discuss this with you any time and answer all your questions.

peace to you and yours

The Lord our God tells us what HIS standards are (no homosexuality, marriage = ONE MAN, ONE WOMAN, FOR ONE LIFETIME, no divorce and remarriage, NO FORNICATION, NO KILLING, etc)... you will not lose salvation if you eat a certain way or sleep at midnight instead of 10 pm... salvation is a gift from the Lord and only HE can give it to you... through His Spirit... our duty on earth is to submit to the Lord, fear HIM... and follow His standards... one more thing, God's love is reserved for the penitent... for the Elect... He said if you obey Him, He will bless you... if you don't, He will curse you...

I don't think Christ is anything more than a fictional character. I am very glad that the writers of The Bible did not include him giving a complete code of life or Christianity would resemble a totalitarian ideology like Islam, and I don't like totalitarianism.

Actually the Bible does tell us how we are to live our lives, but with that being said it is not burdensome (1 John 5:3) So Jesus did not have to lay out every step we take literally, 1 Peter 2:21 "In fact to this course you were called, because even Christ suffered for you, leaving you a model to follow his steps closely." The scribes and pharisees were weighing the people down with all their laws and doctrines and telling them every little step they should take, when they themselves didn't do to the extent they wanted the people to do. This is brought out in Matthew 23:1-5. and Jesus called them on it . So we know that Jehovah God has standards and expects us to keep those standards if we are to consider ourselves his people. On how to spend money it tells us to keep our eye simple also that we cannot slave for to masters namely, God and riches brought out in Matthew 6:19-25 and 34,35 So Jehovah god does tell us how we should live our lives according to his standards study the Bible and you will find this out for yourself. there is a book that will help you called What Does The Bible Really Teach it is a great Bible aid you can get one from your local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses or their society they do not charge for their publications, but they will except a small donation to the world wide preaching work. It seems as though you have not studied the Bible, but your watching the people who claim to be Christians and your making assumptions I can see how you would get the Idea that we have no laws nothing could be further from the truth. hope this helps

You have a different Jesus - look what your Jesus give you:

The islamic religion and Paradise was invented by Mohammed to bribe the Arabs in committing hideous crimes by promising them materialistic things which they couldn't obtain in the harsh desert.

Not even Hitler or Stalin could have thought of such a full proof plan to indoctrinate their soldiers.

The paradise contains six important items:

***** Beautiful virgins
***** Young boys
***** Water
***** Wine
***** Fruits and wealth

But the most appealing is "perpetual" virgins

Mohammed knew that sex would sell very well among the group of his lecherous followers who were motivated to fight battles by the promise of sex slave and booty. By constantly emphasizing to his followers that they would get untouched virgins in Paradise, Mohammed is clearly expressing his "high" opinion of the institution of marriage and his fairness to women.

Once the followers go to heaven, they can conveniently ditch their wives for the fresher and more pleasurable sexual encounters with 'Houris' (beautiful virgins).

Not only that, the poor wives who gave up their virginity for the pleasure of their husbands do not get even one Male Sex Bomb. But wait, Allah is all merciful! He gives the wives the rare honour of watching their husbands deflower those 72 hours (virgins) and 28 young prepubescent boys.

It makes you switch religions hah! Well here are the verses!
"As for the righteous (Muslims)...We (Allah) shall wed them to beautiful virgins with lustrous eyes" - Q 44:51-54

The righteous (Muslims) they shall triumph...Theirs shall be voluptous women" - Q 78:31-33.

Muslim men are promised 72 young virgins for perpetual enjoyment. For the sake of propriety, I won't include the quotes, but this all is right there in the Qur'an, in Surat 37:40-48, 44:51-55, 52:17-20, 55:56-58, 70-77, 56:7-40, and 78:31. Additionally, sodomy with young boys plays a role in the Muslim paradise (Surat 52:24, 56:17, and 76:19) with these boys being described using much the same language as was employed to describe the virgins. Of course, Islam's paradise has plenty of wine, wealth, and food for the enjoyment of those who have passed on. Muhammad was a man for whom the fulfillment of bodily pleasures was of paramount, and some would say, consuming importance.

It's not devoid of rules; but ultimately (under the New Covenant) it is the Spirit alongside scripture that dictates, not individual whims. The Old Testament prophets spoke of the New Covenant as when God would write the law on the hearts of individuals.

If you like to screw 13 year olds go right ahead. Just dont do it in my neighborhood.

Because what Jesus taught was that mankind was not capable of being completely obedient in every way to the laws that God gave to Moses. Jesus taught that for a man to look upon a woman with lust in his heart, he has already comitted adultery with her in his heart. The Bible teaches that "the wages of sin are death". Christians believe that Jesus paid the price for their sin by living a human life without sinning, even once and then died to pay the price for the sins of all who believe in Him as it was prophesied by Isaiah, in the 53rd verse of his prophesies.

The answer to your question is that it is impossible for a man to live a perfect life and that even one sin makes us worthy of death. Grace through faith in Jesus as the Christ is the pathway to Heaven. Following the Ten Commandments to the best of one's ability is the lifestyle of the devout Christian. Christians believe that following the Ten Commandments, although it doesn't lead to salvation from sin, produces a close relationship with God, peace and true happiness, but only if that is coupled with faith in Jesus.

So just because your daddy god tells you every move to make, the other people's god is somehow less??? PUHLEEEASE

At least their prophet/messiah wasn't a pedophile like yours was.

Because God, Jehovah gave us intelligence. Whoever wrote that nonsense you quoted was a control freak, who could care less about the individual.

I would be a better Christian if someone told me how to take a bath and which foot to step out of bed with???
