if directv looses internet connection will i loose all of my ondemand channels.?

I will get disconnected from the internet for at times. Will i lose all of my ondemand channels. And wait for the 24hrs to readd all of those channels. And also will I also start the download of a show over or will continue to download. Were it was disconnected at.
