If I burn about 1300 calories a day is 1500 a healthy amount to eat and about

to lose weight u have to burn more calories then u eat ... if u have not burned calories... those are going to transform into fat
e. g. : if in one week u have about 5 extra not burned calories ... in one year these will transfrom in 2-3 kg extra ... good luck

Does the calories you calculated you will burn come from just exercise or from exercise & your Basic Metabolic Rate?

If it's the first scenario, add on your BMR calories on top of the exercise calories & your body will be burning in excess of 1500 calories, creating a calories deficit

If it's the second scenario, you won't be losing any weight but will slowly gain instead.

I'm not sure if your numbers are correct. If you burn 1300 calories a day but you consume 1500 calories a day, that would mean that you will have a deficit of 200 more calories day. Since a pound is equal to 3500 calories, and 3500 divided by 200 equals 17.5. This means you will gain one pound every 17.5 days.

Do you mean that you consume 1300 calories a day but burn off 1500 calories a day. If this is the case then you would lose one pound every 17.5 days.

Here is an estimate based on age, sex and activity level. The number of calories can vary slightly depending on the size, weight and metabolism. You can also find information on reducing calories for weight loss. Read more:
