If I buy a game on xbox live marketplace, can all accounts use it?

So I didn't feel comfortable putting a fake age for my microsoft account. I've got one thats me, with the name I want, and another that I use as my dad/mom. (They don't care about it) However, if I tried to buy a rated 'M' game from the marketplace, it says I'm not allowed/old enough. So say I bought it from the alternate account. Will that allow all accounts on that xbox to be able to play it?

Yes, as long as the accounts are on the same console that you purchase/download it onto.

Keep in mind, though, your account won't be able to play it on a different console, only your dad/mom's account will.
