So from what I understand, and from using basic logic, any SIM card Bell phone, will work on Solo Mobile (a subsidary of Bell) which would make sense because Bell owns Solo. So if i were to buy a BlackBerry Curve from Bell with no term for $399 and use it on Solo, would it work? if you buy a no term phone from Bell is it unlocked? or would it not need to be if you use it on Solo? I still have about 12 months left on my contract, and my parents wont let me cancel it no matter what, and its not like i cant afford it, i said i could pay for it myself and then even pay the entire monthly fee of the new plan and they said no. I really like Solo's BlackBerry plan, but the only BB they have is the Pearl 8130. and it wouldnt cost anything to upgrade my plan (it better not considering i would be paying an extra $15 a month). so would that work? or would i need it unlocked? which isnt really a concern, with all the unlocking techniques available today.
