...another will that go bad on my credit? I want to cancel my plan/account/contract with verizon and ill pay the required fee but I wanna know if that will mess up my credit since I am canceling a legal document or will it not do anything at all?

if your not happy with Verizon you will NOT be happy with any other company I would call 611 from your cell phone and try a different phone that's the only reason i can think of your having problems is just a defective phone

Why in the world would you want to cancel Verizon to go with a different carrier? When they say they have the best network they are messing around. If you do cancel, you'll just end up going back. Save your money and time, stay where you are.
