will I get for Blu-Ray movies and games? All you experts out there, here are the details:
I want to buy a PS3 and connect it to my 2003 Mitsubishi Rear Screen Projection TV. WS-55413 model.
The only supported resolutions are 480i/p and 1080i.
NO 720P, NO HDMI connects.
Component connections and 1 DVI port are what is available.
Knowing my limitations:
1) Will my TV play Blu-Ray movies in 1080i, or worse?
2) Same question for games. I understand 720p games will down grade to 480p, but what about newer games that "supposedly" list 1080i as an included resolution on the game box?
Thanks for the help. not sure if I can somehow use the DVI port to improve pic quality for movies or games....
