Im 18, wanting to tone up for the summer and hopfully get a flat stomach. I have the Kerry Katona workout dvd which takes about an hour, so I will do this 4-5 times a week. I am also going to eat healthier and cut out biscuits, chocolate and junk food and drink plenty of water. I will also go on fast walks/short jogs when I have time.. If i do this, how long will it take for me to see the results? Im not fat, i just want a flat toned stomach!
