If I got a Samsung OMNIA (from Telus) & that the contract'd done would I be able to

sell it to someone else? I wanna get it but I wanna make sure I can sell it to someone after the contract is done because All the cellphones that I used & sold in the past held simcards & were unlocked
please help.
 
You can do whatever you wish after the contract ends.
