If I have a 65.8% in a class, and I get an F on a quiz, what will my grade be?

it depends on how much the quiz is worth, but an F is an F: its gonna bring your grade down at least a little
you'll probably still have a D in the class
 
It depends on two things. 1) How many scores are averaged into that 65.8% grade? If there are many assignments, the quiz will not be worth much. If there are only a few assignments, the quiz will have much influence over your overall grade. And 2) What numerical grade is the F equivalent to? An 'F' refers to any score from 0-64 I believe, so that is important information to consider as well.
 
it depends how much your teacher counts quizzes, what your quiz average was to begin with, and how low of an F.
