get free cable HD channels? I have basic cable plugged in to my HDTV. I want to know if I use an HDTV outdoor antenna, will I get more HD channels for cable. I already have a few HD channels that I get with the built in tuner (some are cable channels that are DTV). Will I get only the local channels or much more than that?
 
No. You'll need the HD tuner from your cable company, which will 'unlock' those higher numbered channels.
