The only thing that may be able to be switched is your contacts. Unless you have a memory card your pictures and videos cannot be switched. Another way to save all your pictures and videos is make an account on My Verizon. Then send your pictures and your videos to ONLINE ALBUM and you can store them on your computer. Once you get your new phone you can send them to your phone. I do that all the time. It only stores a certain amount of pictures and videos. Good Luck
