...is it still traffic court? I received a fix it ticket last year on nov 1 and when I asked what I was to do I was told to go and ring in myproof of insurance and pay the fine. So I assumed I didn't have to go into court for a trial. During this time I was evicted from my apartment so I didn't receive the notice to tell me I hAd to appear for a trial but because I was evicted I had to go out of state to live. I figured because it was just a fix it ticket that I could just go and fix it whenever. When I came back to California I went to the DMV toget a new drivers license cause I lost it and that's when I was told that ny license was suspended due to the failure to appear and failure to pay. So now when I go to Pasadena court house will I have to go into traffic court or actual court? Also, if I have no appointment do I just go into the clerk and ask to see the judge then wait until he's available or will I be told to come bAck?
