if i have vacation time do i get it if i am fired?

i have been at my company for 3 years and i have 2 weeks paid vacation they fired me do i get my vacation time
 
Some companies do compensate you for you saved up vacation time in the event you're laid off. You really have to ask your former employer about your specific situation but honestly I doubt you get your vacation or even get compensated for it. It doesn't hurt to check though!
 
Maybe - check your employee handbook. Some companies retract all accrued paid time off if you get fired, others don't.
