can I expect from this? It is the kind of bike that you move your arms too with the feet. so your whole body is working. I am on a diet, really watching what I am eating. If i am to do this everyday will this help me lose more weight?
i eat 80 for breakfast, 90 for lunch, and then 300 for dinner.. calories that is and sometimes a snack of 100 or 80, drink water... this is just a guess somedays i do have tea with that its extra 5 calories
