If I ride a stationary bike for 10 miles everyday, burning over 300 calories what

can I expect from this? It is the kind of bike that you move your arms too with the feet. so your whole body is working. I am on a diet, really watching what I am eating. If i am to do this everyday will this help me lose more weight?
i eat 80 for breakfast, 90 for lunch, and then 300 for dinner.. calories that is and sometimes a snack of 100 or 80, drink water... this is just a guess somedays i do have tea with that its extra 5 calories
 
You should lose a pound every 11 days or so depending on what you are eating. It's easier not to consume calories then it is trying to burn it off. If you reduce your intake by 300 cal you can lose a pound in 5 or 6 days.
