If i said i stole some body's wig, should i have to give it back?

I stole this old man's wig when i was in the mall, and i quick ran away so he didn't know who did it. Should i have to give it back to him? or can i keep it for my collection of wigs.?
 
ew omg why would you do that you freak!?!?!? that is so nasty. poor old man!! how would you ever be able to find him again?!?! you turn yourself in and cut off your arms so you wont be tempted to EVER do that again. maybe your eyeballs out too. and eat that collection of wigs. run them over with a garbage truck idk!! I would like to see a pic of your collection. how many do you have?!?!
