If I transfer from a CC to a far away 4yr institution on dorm, will

roomates introduce me to the party crowd? i've never been far away from hometown and friends here...is it easy 2 adapt and roomates introduce me to new people so I can learn but also party and have fun?

Obviously, this depends on who your roommates are. If they are partiers themselves, they might include you. On the other hand, if your roommate or roommates are quiet and studious, they may not know the party crowd and won't be able to help you.

No matter where you go it will be really up to you. If you are looking for that you will find it. Just don't estrange yourself

If you're transferring as a junior, I'd warn you about that... You'll be just starting your upper-division classes, the really hard stuff, at the same time as you want to go out and be a party animal. Just saying. But yeah, as long as they don't hate you, of course your roommates will help you make new friends/people to barf on That goes even if you don't live in the dorm, but it's probably easier if you do.
