If I unlock my iPhone 4, will it work on any cellular network in the world?

Moving overseas to an area with GSM coverage. If I unlock my iPhone 4 and buy a local sim card, will it work? Can I turn it off and on again without losing the unlock? Will it actually be unlocked, or will I have issues? If data service is available where I'm at, will the mobile internet work?

Wow, I ask a lot of questions.

Once your phone unlocked from Network lock,You can use with any GSM Network Sim card...It will not loose the Unlock when you switch off and On ...you can get the data plan and details from the service provider and use it,Unlocking is removing the Network lock and make the phone to use with any GSM Network ....You can get the Network Remote Unlock service from here Ihav.net and unlock it...If you unlocked it means you can use with any GSM network Sim card,You cannot Unlock from CDMA network,You can use with only in GSM Network after unlock it,you cannot use with CDMA Network Sim card......
