If I update my iPhone 3g to 2.2.1 will my data get erased?

I don't mean music but my game status like mafia wars and guitar rock tour and other things like my cydia applications? It will lock when i update that isn't a problem, i can jailbreak to unlock and i also know how to unlock but will my game status and cydia applications get erased?
