power", which would you choose and why? And no situational choices( i.e.-if it meant I didn't have to know she didn't like me, then I'd choose ignorance). NO, it's all or nothing. If you choose one, think about it as your whole life, not each situation.

i would choose knowledge because i already like to know everything that is going on around me. i don't think i could handle not knowing.besides with power comes money and you can buy your "get away from it all" private island.

with knowledge I would have the power to be ignorant when I need to be and have bliss at hand at any time.

This is definately a hard one to answer. It seems the more ignorant a person is, the happier they are. And knowledge is power, but along comes with it unhappiness.Sometimes i envy ignorant people because of this...i dont know which is worse...

Knowledgebecause a pudding head is no good to everybody, including themselves

I expect you'll get a bucket of knowledge answers. But life isnt black & white. It's all that grey matter that's oftentimes sooooooo interesting. So I cant be bound to one or the other. Gotta have both. Too much of anything isnt always a good thing.

too much power can make you ignorant anyway. But knowledge is what we all search for, So if knowledge is power and power makes you ignorant, you have power and bliss.

as far as i see it, too much power always makes you ignorant.

Too much knowledge is BAD. Just look at Einstien (atom bomb).I choose...a mortal life-oh wait, sorry. I just watched Lord of the rings the return of the king on dvd...Anyway, I choose ignorance. Just look at how ignorant the animals are and how happy they are!

Power can bring bliss if used in the right way. So knowledge would be my choice. I'd rather be a wise person in a boat then ignorant of the tide. Bliss doesn't keep you alive.
